Shipping All shipments will be shipped Royal Mail – unless otherwise specified. Please notify TrendyKid of all damaged shipments within 48 hours via email at sales@trendykid.co.uk or phone 0870-446-5459. Order Dispatch All orders are processed Monday to Friday, except holidays and rush deliveries. All orders received Monday through Friday before 6pm are usually shipped next business day unless via prior arrangement. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for all returned or refused shipments this fee is calculated by TrendyKid and at our discretion. Refunds We do not offer refunds on LilyPadz due to the products intimate nature. All sales are final. Return Policy Once package seal is broken we can not accept any returns for hygiene reasons.
